On pricing.
I do not publish prices on this site. I do not publish them anywhere. There is no PDF, no spreadsheet you can download, no price list circulating among sommeliers. If you want pricing, you write to me and I send you the current cellar list directly.
This is deliberate.
The wines I import are allocated. Allocated means the production is limited, the demand exceeds supply, and the price reflects a relationship between the producer, the importer, and the client. If I published my price for Vieux Chateau Certan on a website, three things would happen. First, my competitors would see it. Second, the producer would see it and reconsider my margin. Third, clients who are not in the trade would attempt to buy at trade prices.
None of these outcomes serve my business or my clients.
The cellar list is issued twice a year, in spring and autumn, to verified trade accounts. It includes ex-warehouse pricing per case, available vintages, and allocation limits. It does not include retail markup guidance, because I do not sell to retail.
If you are a restaurant, bar, or hotel beverage program in Florida and you want access to the cellar list, write to me or use the request-access form on this site. I will verify your license and respond within forty-eight hours.
